The Dept. of Homeland Security’s (DHS) architect and program design manager responsible for gathering (Program of Requirements), documentation (Construction Documentation review), and implementation (Construction Administration) of all users’ multi-disciplinary requirements. Performed as the single point of contact (internal & external) for all DHS’ design and planning queries. Daily conduit between the General Services Administration’s (GSA) design team and DHS’ user groups.
