DHS’ Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) architect and program design manager responsible for developing the internal Program of Requirements (POR) of all users’ multi-disciplinary requirements for the General Services Administration’s (GSA) integration into the campus. Initiated flexible project space and performance standards, level-set the organizational chart, and was the single point of contact (internal & external) for all the CISA’s design and planning queries. Routinely prepared schematic options to facilitate discussions with leadership and users, thus reducing meeting quantities/durations. Provided technical advice and assistance CISA-wide with respect to real property policies, programs and procedures.
