Initiated flexible project space and performance standards, level-set the organizational chart, and was the single point of contact (internal & external) for all DHS’ design and planning queries. Daily conduit between the General Services Administration’s (GSA) design team and DHS’ user groups. Routinely prepared schematic options to facilitate discussions with leadership, users and/or design team, thus reducing meeting quantities/durations. Provided technical advice and assistance DHS-wide with respect to real property policies, programs and procedures.
